There are many causes that force an organization to change its plans and directions. There are certain environment why which industries are surrounded, they can not control these but by making variations in their planning they can they can make them count.

 

Steps in scenario planning

Step1 Preparation

Identify that what is usable for the organisation in the  future.

Step2 watchout the trends

By checking all the trends, an organisation  can identify that plans made can be maintained under certain conditions.

Step3 Choosing driving forces

Providing interviews/workshops about the shift in the plans.

Step4 making scenario template

 Looking at the changes needed to be taking in the selected drives.

Step5 develop the scenario

Draw a list of priorities and take out roughly pictures of future based on those .

Step6 present the scenario

Looking that how each scenario will effect the organisation.

Step7

Evaluation of scenario

Time to evaluate the whole changes that are going to be done by refining the research, performing more research.

Step8 suspend your disbeliefs
